IMXD Lab
Immersive Media Experience Design (IMXD) Lab conducts design and research explorations in the areas of Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality, VR narratives and connected emerging fields. IMXD Lab is a part of IDC School of Design , IIT Bombay.
Vision: To explore immersive media through a design perspective.
Key Research Domains: XR applications, VR narratives, interaction design for XR, presence in VR, and emerging media technologies.
Primary Activities: Design and development projects, experimental studies, research initiatives, exploratory work, workshops, academic publications, exhibitions, and outreach initiatives related to XR.
